Our story
Shreem Vogue was founded on 8 November 2023.
We sell the way the business began: in conversation. You tell us what you are looking for. We show you pieces in photos and video, tell you honestly about the fabric, the weave and the colour, and help you choose.
We share new pieces on Instagram.
What we sell
Banarasi sarees and suits. Our catalogue has 11 saree designs now, in 7 fabrics, each in several colours.
Where our sarees come from
Our sarees come from weavers and suppliers in Varanasi, the city that gives the Banarasi saree its name.
Every piece comes to us before it goes to you. We check it by hand, pack it with care, and send it by courier with a tracking number, anywhere in India.
How we work
- You message or call us, and tell us the occasion, the colours you love and your budget.
- We send photos and video of pieces that match, with the price.
- Many pieces are sourced or finished for you after you order, so we tell you when yours will be ready before you pay.
- You pay by UPI or bank transfer; your order is confirmed once the payment reaches us.
- We check your piece by hand, pack it and send it by courier with a tracking number.
What we promise
Only what our policies say, so you can hold us to each of these:
- Pieces we hold ready are dispatched within 2 working days of your payment being confirmed; pieces sourced or finished for your order, within 7 working days.
- You can cancel free of charge, with a full refund, any time before we dispatch your order.
- If your piece arrives damaged, defective, wrong or different from what we showed you, tell us within 48 hours of delivery: we replace it or refund you in full, and we pay for the return.
- Refunds reach the account you paid from within 7 working days.
- We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
- We never ask for your UPI PIN, an OTP or a password.
