Where we deliver
We deliver to any address in India that our couriers serve. We do not ship outside India yet.
When we dispatch
We dispatch after your payment has been confirmed.
- Pieces we hold ready: within 2 working days.
- Pieces sourced or finished for your order — for example polished, dyed, or finished with fall and pico: within 7 working days.
We tell you the expected dispatch date for your order before you pay. Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
Couriers and tracking
We send parcels by India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart or another reliable courier, whichever serves your address best, and send you the tracking number as soon as the parcel is booked.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Remote areas can take longer.
Delivery charges
Delivery within India is charged on top of the price of the piece. We add the delivery charge to your quote, so you know the full amount before you pay, and nothing is added after that.
Checked and packed by hand
We check every piece by hand before it is packed. Please record a video while you open the parcel: if anything is wrong, it helps us put it right quickly.
If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged
Tell us and we will take it up with the courier. If a parcel is lost in transit, we send a replacement or refund you in full. If it arrives damaged, or later than the delivery time we told you, our returns policy applies.
