We do not take orders on this website. You buy from us in conversation, and see every piece in photos and video
before you pay.
Four steps
Tell us what you have in mind
Message us on Instagram, or call. Tell us the occasion, the colours you love and your budget.
See the pieces
We send you photos and videos of pieces that match, with the price, and tell you when yours will be dispatched.
Pay by UPI or bank transfer
Your order is made when you have agreed and your payment has reached us. We then confirm what you ordered, the price and the dispatch date.
Receive it at home
We check your piece by hand, pack it with care and send it by courier anywhere in India, with a tracking number.
Paying
- We accept UPI and bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS).
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Delivery is charged on top, and we add it to your quote before you pay. You receive a GST invoice for your order.
- Your order is confirmed when we have checked that the payment has reached our account.
- We never ask for your card number, UPI PIN, OTP or any password, in a chat or on a call.
- We do not offer cash on delivery.
Delivery times
- Pieces we hold ready are dispatched within 2 working days of your payment being confirmed.
- Pieces sourced or finished for your order, for example polished, dyed, or finished with fall and pico, within 7 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch; remote areas can take longer.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
- We deliver anywhere in India that our couriers serve, and send you the tracking number.

Returns in short
- You can cancel free of charge, with a full refund, any time before we dispatch your order.
- If your piece arrives damaged, defective, wrong or different from what we showed you, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full, and we pay for the return.
- We do not accept returns because you have changed your mind.
- Refunds reach the account you paid from within 7 working days.
