Fabric
Semi Tissue. Woven textiles vary slightly from piece to piece, and colours can look a little different on different screens: ask us for a photo or video in daylight before you buy. We check every piece by hand before it is packed.
Delivery
Anywhere in India. Delivery is charged on top of the price and added to your quote before you pay. Pieces we hold ready are dispatched within 2 working days of your payment being confirmed; pieces sourced or finished for your order, within 7 working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, and we send you the tracking number.
Returns
Cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, wrong or different from what we showed you, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund you in full. We do not accept returns because you changed your mind. Refunds reach you within 7 working days.
Payment
UPI or bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS). Your order is confirmed once the payment reaches us. We never ask for your UPI PIN, an OTP or a password. We do not offer cash on delivery.
